Late 50's Pitch Pine

We’ve recently had a spate of work renovating late 50’s /60’s apartments in South East London.
Nice open plan flats fitted with narrow high quality pitch pine boards .

After precise sanding the boards come up with a pale, slightly pinky colour, characteristic of this kind of pine.
The floors can look great with a few different types of finishes - in this case we brushed on Osmo Raw keeping the boards close to the just sanded look.
